She may not be the biggest or toughest cat around, but she's not afraid to stand paw to paw with even the largest of felines. Danica has no fear and will take on any sort of opponent without hesitation. While she knows she has her limits, she's still sure of herself and her skills.

{Ambitious}

Danica has the drive and desire to get things done and to be the best at it too. Any task she sets herself to do she wants done to the best of her abilities, no matter if the job is big or small. She's also not afraid to take down anyone who gets in her way either.

{Persistent}

Once this snow leopard makes a decision, she's see it through to the end. She is often times stubborn and won't easily change her mind unless someone can give her an extremely good reason on why she should. This trait also makes her a bit of a grudge holder as well.

{Respectful}

This trait only applies to the older felines that are older, more experienced, and of a rank higher than her own. If she feels she can learn from someone, she'll treat them respectfully in hopes of learning something that could be useful to her later on. As for others her own age, they get little to no respect unless they manage to impress her in some way.

{Adaptable}

Danica is able to easily shift in whatever way she needs to in order to make her life easier. In a fight, she's ruthless and takes every advantage she can. At home, she's the gentle companion that her master loves. She can be the student or be the one to take charge. Like a running river, she's flow along the path of least resistance. Twisting and shifting however she needs to in order to survive.

History:

     Danica was born to a pair of rogue snow leopards who lived some distance from Massilia. The two had escaped their cages on the way to the city, neither wanted to spend their lives fighting in the arenas of the city nor did they have any desire to join the mysterious 'Empires' that they had heard rumors about. They simply wanted to be free to live their own lives away from the humans.

    Eventually the couple had a litter of three cubs, Danica and her two brothers. They joy that the cubs brought their parents was short lived though. While Danica's mother stayed to keep an eye on the cubs, her father had to do all the hunting on his own and he wasn't the greatest hunter. Hunger soon forced her mother to help with the hunting as well, leaving the cubs unattended for sometimes hours at a time. At first the cubs were content to stay in the den, hidden away from the world, but soon Danica was no longer content to sit around all the time. She couldn't convince her brothers to join her, so she began exploring on her own.

     Then came the day which changed her life forever. While exploring, the young snow leopard wandered farther from the den than she'd ever gone before. Then without realizing it, she walked right into a human's trap. It was a cruel trap made to slice and mangle whatever poor soul became entangled in it. Her front legs were soon covered in horrible gashes that were only made worse from her struggles to free herself. In the end, all she could do was cry out for help. She called and called, hoping that someone would come and help her. Pain and blood loss soon took its toll on the poor cub. The last thing she remembered from the incident was a tall, dark shape standing over her.

     When she finally came to, Danica was no longer in the trap. She was laying on something very soft, and she was in a strange sort of den, with a really strange creature in front of her! The strange creature was of course a human, and the strange den was his house. He was a cloth merchant who had been on his way home from delivering goods to the next town when he heard the cub's pitiful cries for help and rescued her.

     As Danica slowly recovered, the man and his wife did everything they could to make her comfortable and to help her heal. It didn't take her very long to work out that these people had somehow rescued her from the trap and that they were the reason she was still alive. Their kindness won them her love and loyalty. By the time she was able to walk properly again, she decided to stay with the humans who had saved her.

     Once her legs were healed, she began going with 'The Master' to work at his shop. It was then she noticed that there were many cats who roamed this city. She soon learned that they were called the Hunters, but Danica never made much of an effort to learn anything more about them at the time.

   One evening, while walking home with The Master, a young lynx broke free from his cage at the colisseum and was attempting to flee the city. Danica and her master happened to be in his way. With a snarl the lynx leaped at the human that was in his way. Danica didn't think, she simply reacted. This feline was hurting the master and had to be stopped! She attacked the lynx without any fear or hesitation. The fight didn't last long, Danica managed to detain the lynx long enough for some of the Hunters to arrive and take the lynx away. Impressed by her courage and willingness to fight even without proper training, she was invited to join the Bounty Hunters. Danica accepted the offer at once, seeing it as a way she could learn to protect those she cared about from such attacks again.

    Ever since joining, she has devoted herself to the Bounty Hunters and is now as loyal to them as she is to her human master.



Extra:

-Danica keeps her legs wrapped nearly all the time to hide the scars on her front legs. The scars embarrass her and she is reluctant to let anyone but those closest to her see them.

-There is no metal underneath the purple cloth of her armor. The metal parts of her armor are painted black to prevent the glimmer of shiny metal from alerting her opponents.

-She has thick fur, so in the summertime her master usually clips the fur on her belly and chest to prevent her from overheating.
