-He probably won't ever evolve. I just love him as this adorable goofy Magikarp/Sandile. xD

-He's best friends with Ulmo the Horsea. The fin on Finley's back is perfect for Ulmo to hold onto while Finley tows him around the lake.

-Despite being a gator/fish, he's a lapdog and loves to be held and petted.

-Much like Mr. Nigel-Murray, he's mainly just a pet.
