Personality: Aza is an intelligent, hard-working student. She's a terror to new kids, even though this is only her second year at PMA. She is rather hot-headed and most of the time she has a no-nonsense attitude. She is rather cocky and for the most part keeps to her self, ff you catch her in a good mood though she can be quite friendly and may even give you a hand with your schoolwork. Don't laugh at her though or she run you down like a dog, she is quite secretive and sensitive about certain topics, like her family and past.

Since coming to the Academy she befriended a shy young man and eventually became his girlfriend. Since then she's become quite a bit calmer and her moods aren't so erratic. She's still temperamental and gets into fights sometimes, but not as bad as she used to.

Childhood: Aza was the youngest of five children and the only girl. She comes from a family of very wealthy, respectable, Houndooms. Her brothers were all a bit older than her, there was an 8 year difference between her and her closest brother. Her parents were very strict with their children and wanted all of them to become very successful people, such as doctors or lawyers. Her eldest brothers did just that, her two eldest brothers both became lawyers and opened their own law firm, and her third eldest became a doctor. Aza and her other brother however, wanted plans different than their parents. Her brother wanted to play sports and Aza wanted to study magic. Her parents found these occupations beneath their tastes and refused to support them in their wishes. They sent them both off to a prestigious private school and hoped this would help distract them from pursuing their dreams. However they were stubborn kids. As soon as they both were graduated from high school they ran away and went to their grandfather. Infuriated by their children's rebellion, they cut them off financially, unable to cope without the lifestyle he was accustomed to, her brother returned to his parents and asked them to forgive him, he then went off to study medicine as well. Aza refused to go back, she wasn't about to let them rule her life as well. Her Grandfather,impressed by her will to follow her own path and also a believer that the young have a right to their dreams, soon arranged for her to attend PMA and encouraged her to live her life the way she wanted to.

Other: -Her grandparents are the only part of her family she keeps in contact with anymore.
-Since she now spends most of her free time with Darcy, the new kids can breathe a little easier since she doesn't have as much time to spend scaring them.
-Mostly sticks to using fire magic, but is trying to improve her dark magic skills.
-She has practically no relationship or contact with her parents. Since leaving home she has only spoken to her father one time.
-Is originally from Castelia City, but she's been away so long she now hates big cities and prefers being out in the country.
-She is deathly afraid of spiders.
